Moderation

If a user doesn't have the Auto-Approval setting on set on their User Card, each of their new Creative is subjected to moderation by Admin(s) before it can participate in the auctions.

You can see the list of all newly created creatives here. You can check the creative, and its campaign, and decide whether to approve it or decline it.
